This student‑led event from the BOKU University course “Scientific Communication and Impacts” is organized in cooperation with ELLS and students from SLU Uppsala and CZU Prague. We expect an interactive fusion dinner showcasing local and sustainable ingredients from Africa, Asia, and Europe, paired with discussions on SDGs 1, 2, 13, and 17. Each course is accompanied by short videos and guided table conversations that highlight cultural cooking practices and sustainability themes.
